Section 612.485 - Finality of determination or redetermination1. Any determination or redetermination is final 11 days after the date of notification by electronic transmission or mailing of the notice of determination or redetermination unless a request for reconsideration or an appeal is filed within the 11-day period.2. Nothing in this section limits or abridges the authority of the Administrator to make a redetermination as provided in NRS 612.480.3.
