Section 612.350 - Weekly benefit for unemployment1. An eligible person who is unemployed and otherwise entitled to receive benefits in any week must be paid for that week a benefit in an amount equal to the person's weekly benefit amount, less 66 2/3 percent of the remuneration payable to him or her for that week.2.
