Section 604A.750 - Annual report by licensee; composite reports; Commissioner may require additional reports1. Annually, on or before April 15, each licensee shall file with the Commissioner and the Registry a report of operations of the licensed business for the preceding calendar year. The licensee shall make the report under oath and on a form prescribed by the Commissioner. If any person or affiliated group holds more than one license in this State, it may file a composite annual report.2.
