Section 598C.340 - Reporting agency prohibited from providing consumer report when security freeze in effect; third party may deem credit application incomplete under certain circumstances1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 598C.350 to 598C.380, inclusive, if a security freeze has been placed in the file of a consumer, a reporting agency shall not provide a consumer report of that consumer to any person.2.
