Section 590.142 - Civil penalties: Establishment of schedule by regulation; imposition1. The State Sealer of Measurement Standards shall adopt regulations establishing a schedule of civil penalties for any violation of NRS 590.010 to 590.150, inclusive.2. In addition to any criminal penalty that may be imposed, a person who violates any provision of NRS 590.010 to 590.150, inclusive, is subject to a civil penalty in accordance with the schedule of civil penalties established by the State Sealer of Measurement Standards pursuant to subsection 1.Added to NRS by 2021, 1012Added by 2021, Ch. 217,§4, eff. 5/29/2021.
