Section 583.448 - Authorization by State Quarantine Officer for person to act as inspector
The Officer may:
1. Enter into a contract with a person to perform the duties of an inspector.2. Authorize the owner or operator of an official establishment to act as an inspector for ante mortem and postmortem inspections.
