Section 583.116 - "Consumer" defined

"Consumer" means any person purchasing eggs for his or her family's use or consumption, or a restaurant, hotel, boardinghouse, bakery or other institution purchasing eggs for serving to guests or patrons, or for its use in cooking or baking.
