Section 562.250 - General powers of Board concerning sheep industry; powers of and adoption of regulations by State Quarantine Officer concerning diseases of sheep1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Board has exclusive control of all matters pertaining to the sheep industry.2.
