Section 562.140 - Employment of attorneys; compensation1. Whenever the Board deems it necessary, it may employ special attorneys to assist in the prosecution of violations or violators of any of the provisions of this chapter, and also may employ attorneys for such other purposes as the Board deems necessary.2.
