Section 63.120 - Superintendent: Restrictions on other employment; designation as executive and administrative head of facility1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143, the superintendent of a facility shall devote his or her entire time to the duties of that position and follow no other gainful employment or occupation.2.
