Section 62E.550 - Power of juvenile court to order restitution and to establish and administer programs of restitution1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 62E.560, the juvenile court may order a delinquent child or the parent or guardian of the child, or both: (a) To provide restitution to the victim of any unlawful act committed by the child; or(b) To participate in a program designed to provide restitution to a victim of any unlawful act committed by the child.2.
