Section 62B.140 - Payment of expenses related to commitment of child to regional facility for treatment and rehabilitation of children1. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, if a child is committed to the custody of a regional facility for the treatment and rehabilitation of children, the juvenile court may order the county where the child has a legal residence to pay the expenses incurred for the support of the child in an amount equal to any money paid for that purpose by the Division of Child and Family Services. Such an order may not be entered if the county maintains the facility to which the child is committed.2.
