Section 555.245 - Certification of pest conditions or quality of nursery stock for shipment; fees1. Any person may request the Director to certify to pest conditions, quality, viability or grade of nursery stock intended for shipment to comply with the requirements for plant pests established by any state, territory or foreign country or by contract.2.
