Section 555.2657 - "Non-private applicator" defined "Non-private applicator" means:
1. A natural person who is employed by a city, county, state or other governmental agency, including, without limitation, a conservation district or a weed control district, who: (a) Is licensed to apply or supervise the application of any general-use pesticide; or(b) Is licensed to apply or supervise the application of any general-use pesticide and is certified to apply or supervise the application of any restricted-use pesticide; or2.
