Section 548.200 - Denial of petition if Commission determines there is no need for district; filing of subsequent petition after determination1. If the Commission shall determine after the hearing and after due consideration of the relevant facts that there is no need for a conservation district to function in the territory considered at the hearing, the Commission shall make and record such determination and shall deny the petition.2.
