Section 543.130 - Receipts deposited in Flood Control Account; claims against Account1. The receipts of the charges provided for in NRS 543.120, when collected, must be deposited, in the same manner as receipts of special taxes are deposited, with the State Treasurer for credit to the Flood Control Account.2.
