Section 539.520 - Duties of district treasurer; liability on official bond1. The treasurer of the district is authorized and required to receive and receipt for and to collect the moneys accruing to the construction fund, the bond fund and the general fund, and to place the same to the credit of the district in the appropriate fund.2.
