Section 539.515 - General fund: Expenditures for development, operation and maintenance of recreational grounds; limitations1. Subject to the limitations contained in subsection 2, the board of directors may expend money from the general fund and the operation and maintenance fund for the development, operation and maintenance of recreational grounds.2.
