Section 533.295 - Limitation on use of Water District Account; "expenses" defined1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 534.040, money in the Water District Account must be used exclusively for expenses incurred in the administration, operation and maintenance of the particular stream system from which the money is budgeted and collected.2.
