Section 489.441 - Hearings before Administrator1. The applicant or licensee may, within 30 days after receipt of the notice of denial or complaint, petition the Administrator in writing for a hearing.2. Upon filing the petition, a date for hearing must be fixed, which must be within 30 days after the date on which the petition was filed.3.
