Section 486.141 - Form for application

Every application for an instruction permit under the provisions of subsection 4 or 5 of NRS 483.280 or a motorcycle driver's license under the provisions of NRS 486.011 to 486.381, inclusive, must be made upon a form furnished by the Department. There must be no charge for the making and filing of the application.
