Section 484D.630 - Operation of motor vehicle exceeding its declared gross weight unlawful

It is unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle or combination of vehicles over any highway if the vehicle or combination exceeds its declared gross weight, as that term is defined in NRS 482.023.
