Section 484B.770 - Person riding bicycle or electric bicycle must be on or astride seat; limitation on number of persons carried on bicycle, electric bicycle or electric scooter1. A person propelling a bicycle or an electric bicycle shall not ride other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto.2.
