Section 463B.270 - Limitation on personal liability of supervisor A supervisor is not personally liable for:
1. Any secured or unsecured debt of the gaming establishment incurred before, during or after the supervisor's appointment.2. Any penalty which may be assessed against a former licensee for the supervisor's failure to pay or the late payment of any license fee or tax levied pursuant to chapter 463 of NRS.3.
