Section 463.4071 - Application for license to operate gaming salon; fee; costs for investigation1. A licensee may apply to the Board, on forms prescribed by the Board, for a license to operate a gaming salon.2. A nonrefundable application fee in the amount of $5,000 must accompany the application for a license to operate a gaming salon.3.
