Section 461A.260 - Disposition of money collected as fees and administrative fines; delegation of power to conduct enforcement proceedings and take disciplinary action1. All money collected from fees and administrative fines imposed pursuant to this chapter must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Account for Housing Inspection and Compliance created by NRS 319.169.2.
