Section 461A.237 - Condemnation if chronic conditions render mobile homes in park substandard

A mobile home park may, without limitation, be condemned if the agency for enforcement determines that there exists in the park chronic conditions that render mobile homes in the park substandard pursuant to NRS 461A.120.
