Section 457.100 - Investigation or testing of product is not endorsement of product; representation of endorsement by Division prohibited

The investigation or testing of any product by the Division is not an endorsement of the qualifications or value of such product, and a person shall not make any representation that investigation or testing constitutes an approval or endorsement of the person's activities by the Division.
