Section 454.371 - Limitations on furnishing dangerous drug; adoption of regulations by Board; penalties1. If the Board finds any drug to be dangerous to the public health or safety, it may adopt a regulation not inconsistent with NRS 454.181 to 454.371, inclusive, limiting or restricting the furnishing or dispensing of the drug.2.
