Section 453.346 - Effect of conviction or acquittal under federal or other state laws1. If a violation of NRS 453.011 to 453.552, inclusive, is a violation of a federal law or the law of another state, a conviction or acquittal under federal law or the law of another state for the same act is a bar to prosecution in this State.2.
