Section 451.665 - Maintenance of records; identification of remains1. The operator of a crematory, funeral establishment or direct cremation facility shall keep a record of: (a) Each authorization received;(b) The name of each person whose human remains are received;(c) The date and time of receipt, and a description of the container in which received;(d) The date of cremation; and(e) The final disposition of the cremated remains.2. The operator of a crematory shall not accept unidentified human remains. If the remains are received in a container, the operator shall place appropriate identification upon the exterior of the container.3.
