Section 450B.199 - "Emergency medical provider" defined

As used in this section and NRS 450B.1993 and 450B.1996, unless the context otherwise requires, "emergency medical provider" means an emergency medical technician, advanced emergency medical technician or paramedic who is certified pursuant to this chapter.
