Section 450.043 - Motion of board of county commissioners; submission of question at special election or next primary or general election Whenever the board of county commissioners of any county on its own motion desires to establish a county hospital, the board shall:
1. Specify the maximum amount of money proposed to be expended in purchasing or building the hospital, including the acquisition of a site;2. Comply with the provisions of NRS 350.011 to 350.0165, inclusive; and3.
