Section 449.2428 - Division required to ensure that certain health care facilities comply with provisions; regulations For each health care facility which is located in a county whose population is 100,000 or more and which is licensed to have more than 70 beds, the Division shall:
1. Ensure the general compliance of the health care facility with the provisions of NRS 449.241 to 449.2428, inclusive, including, without limitation, those provisions relating to documented staffing plans and written policies adopted pursuant to NRS 449.2423; and 2.
