Section 449.4325 - Deposit of money received; expenses of Division to enforce provisions1. Money received from the certification of intermediary service organizations:(a) Must be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State Treasury;(b) Must be accounted for separately in the State General Fund; and(c) May only be used to carry out the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive.2.
