Section 449.4317 - Issuance of certificate; nontransferability1. The Division shall issue the certificate to operate an intermediary service organization to the applicant if, after investigation, the Division finds that the: (a) Applicant is in full compliance with the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339, inclusive; and(b) Applicant is in substantial compliance with the standards and regulations adopted by the Board.2.
