Section 449.24895 - Certain persons not required to obtain license to operate and maintain facility; filing of affidavit with Division required A person is not required to obtain a license to operate and maintain a facility for refractive surgery pursuant to the provisions of this chapter if the person:
1. Is an ophthalmologist;2. Provides surgical procedures to patients at the facility in addition to preoperative care, postoperative care and surgical treatments for refractive errors of the eye; and3. Files with the Division an affidavit attesting that the person provides surgical procedures at the facility in addition to preoperative care, postoperative care and surgical treatments for refractive errors of the eye.Added to NRS by 2009, 451Added to NRS by 2009, 451
