Section 446.883 - Revocation of city or county business license if permit issued by health authority revoked1. A license to operate a food establishment issued by any licensing authority to a person owning or operating such food establishment shall be revoked when such person's permit has been revoked by the health authority, and no new license may be issued until such person again possesses an unrevoked permit from the health authority.2.
