Section 439.991 - Program authorized to provide material for safer injection drug use and certain information A sterile hypodermic device program may provide:
1. Sterile hypodermic devices and other related material for safer injection drug use; and2. Information concerning: (a) The risks associated with the use of controlled substances;(b) Drug dependence treatment services and other health services;(c) Support services for people with drug dependence and their families;(d) Methods for preventing the transmission or contraction of blood-borne diseases;(e) Employment and vocational training services and centers; andAdded to NRS by 2013, 3172Added by 2013, Ch. 497,§7, eff. 7/1/2013.
