Section 439.986 - "Sterile hypodermic device program" or "program" defined

As used in NRS 439.985 to 439.994, inclusive, "sterile hypodermic device program" or "program" means a program established pursuant to NRS 439.987 for the safe distribution and disposal of hypodermic devices.
