Section 439.5284 - Limitation on civil and criminal liability

A person or governmental entity that provides information to the designated department in accordance with NRS 439.5272 and 439.5274 must not be held liable in a civil or criminal action for sharing confidential information unless the person or organization has done so in bad faith or with malicious purpose.
