Section 439.005 - Definitions As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
1. "Administrator" means the Administrator of the Division.2. "Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services.3. "Director" means the Director of the Department.4. "Division" means the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department.5. "Health authority" means the officers and agents of the Division or the officers and agents of the local boards of health.6.
