Section 439.060 - State Board of Health: Meetings; quorum1. The State Board of Health may meet regularly at least once every 6 months.2. The State Board of Health may hold such special meetings as may be called by the Chair. A special meeting must be called whenever requested by the Chief Medical Officer, the Administrator or by two members of the Board.3.
