Section 435.390 - Canteen for division facility: Establishment and operation1. The administrative officer of any division facility where persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities reside may establish a canteen operated for the benefit of consumers and employees of the facility. The administrative officer shall keep a record of transactions in the operation of the canteen.2. Each canteen must be self-supporting. No money provided by the State may be used for its operation.3.
