Section 435.241 - Division authorized to bring action to enjoin provision of services1. The Division may bring an action in the name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any natural person, a partnership, firm, corporation or association, including, without limitation, a nonprofit organization, or a state or local government or agency thereof from providing jobs and day training services:(a) Without first obtaining a certificate from the Division; or(b) After the certificate has been revoked or suspended by the Division.2.
