Section 435.580 - Basis for decisions, policies, procedures and practices regarding emergency admissions and involuntary court-ordered admissions1. Each facility shall make all of its decisions, policies, procedures and practices regarding emergency admissions or involuntary court-ordered admissions based upon clinical efficiency rather than cost containment.2.
