Section 427A.155 - Referral of results of investigation to appropriate agency; notification of disposition1. In appropriate cases and under the Administrator's direction, the Ombudsman or an advocate shall refer the results of an investigation to the governmental agencies with authority to enforce applicable laws and regulations through administrative, civil or criminal proceedings.2.
