Section 427A.752 - Appointment, classification and duties of Executive Director of Commission; operational assistance provided by Division1. The Administrator shall appoint the Executive Director of the Commission. The Executive Director: (a) Is in the unclassified service of the State and serves at the pleasure of the Administrator.(b) Shall perform such duties as are directed by the Administrator, as advised by the Commission.(c) Must not be a member of the Commission.2.
