Section 426.672 - Powers and duties of Bureau concerning training1. The Bureau shall establish a training program for persons who wish to become licensees. The training must include, without limitation, a standard curriculum and on-the-job training while working for a vending facility.2. The Bureau may designate not more than two vending facilities as training sites to be operated by the Bureau or a third-party vendor.3. The Bureau may waive any training required pursuant to this section for a person who is blind and is otherwise qualified to operate a vending facility.4. The Bureau shall:(a) Provide licensees with upward mobility training; and(b) Assist the Nevada Committee of Vendors Who Are Blind in sponsoring meetings and training conferences for licensees.Added to NRS by 2021, 839Added by 2021, Ch. 182,§2, eff. 7/1/2021.
