Section 422.4026 - Coverage of certain supplements for treating sickle cell disease and its variants: Adoption of list by regulation; periodic review of list1. The Department, upon the recommendation of the Board, shall prescribe by regulation a list of nonprescription supplements essential for treating sickle cell disease and its variants that must be covered by Medicaid for recipients who have sickle cell disease and its variants.2.
